e-Mercatoria publishes results of research related to the vast panorama of Commercial Law, especially reflection articles, scientific research articles and revision articles. It is aimed at law practitioners and the international and Colombian academic community. It also performs academic exchanges with other journals and specialized centers. It is characterized by its high quality academic standards and its international focus. Content includes: documents, jurisprudential analysis, Colombian law articles and comparative law articles. The journal accepts only unpublished documents. The papers are evaluated by at least two anonymous referees of the highest academic order.
