Casa del Tiempo is the journal of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) in Mexico D. F.  

The UAM was founded as a progressive institution, open to new ideas, to current thinking, new discoveries and ways of viewing the world. It is guided under the motto: "Open House to the time" through which it expresses its flexibility and interdisciplinary approach.   

Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, is considered one of the most important institutions in the Mexico. It has an extensive network of communication and scientific, educational and cultural diffusion. Through its department of cultural dissemination, the UAM publishes Casa del Tiempo as a monthly journal, which includes articles related to art, literature and philosophy.

Casa del Tiempo launches its first issue in 1998. From 1999 it has  published online, and now it is available in Lat-Am Studies Full Text
