INCAE Business Review
is the journal of the multinational, independent INCAE Business School,
which operates around Latin America and has two main campuses.
The INCAE Business School was founded in 1964 by initiative of the local
business community and with the advice of the Harvard University School of
Business. It is a non-profit institution dedicated to teaching and research
in the field of administration and economics from a global perspective. Its
mission is to actively promote the development of countries where it serves,
forming leaders able to cope successfully the highest management positions
in Latin America. It has a faculty of the highest order who hold doctoral
degrees from universities such as Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Princeton,
University of Pennsylvania, and so on. In USA it is accredited by SACS
(Southern Association of Colleges and Schools) to award the master's degree.
It is also member of AACSB International (The Association to Advance
Collegiate Schools of Business), NASPAA (National Association of Schools of
Public Affairs and Administration) and BALAS (Business Administration and
Latin American Studies). It is also a member of CLADEA (Latin American
School of Administration). INCAE programs are accredited in Europe by the
European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). It is consider one of
the finest business schools in the world, not just the region.
INCAE Business Review
journal was begun in 1979 in order to reflect the thinking and the teaching
of the school. 24 years later, the journal, joined the editorial Summa
Media Group with whom it shares the philosophy and goal of educating
through economic and business information to achieve better a quality of
life in Latin Americans. Both companies seek to convey its spirit of
innovation. The journal has a distinguished local editorial board and an
international advisory board. The journal is a top resource throughout Latin
American economics and business communities.

edition with a quarterly frequency and circulation in twenty-five countries.
