Estudios Sociales
journal is published by the Centro Universitario de Ciencias Sociales y
Humanidades - CUCSH (Center of Social Sciences and Humanities) in the
Department of Regional Cultural Studies of the University of Guadalajara.
The Center is public and autonomous, decentralized from the State
Government. It is located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
The journal is peer reviewed with an editorial committee composed by
scholars at universities in Mexico, the US, and other universities in
Europe, as well as scholars from the University of Guadalajara. Estudios
Sociales highlights the importance of humanistic studies.
Aim
To provide tools for analysis and reflection in a time that marketing and
technology are paramount.

Provide research results and information on current issues in the social
sciences.
